In our Handball Club, students in middle school can discover the sport of handball in a fun and engaging way. The sessions include beginner-friendly exercises that focus on basic techniques, throwing skills, coordination, and teamwork. In addition, students will take part in small game segments to apply what they have learned. The goal is to develop fundamental handball skills, encourage teamwork, and enjoy being active. No previous experience is needed – everyone is welcome!
