Welcome to the Streitschlichter:innen-AG (Peer-to-Peer-Mediation-AG)! This exciting program empowers students from grade 7 and up to become effective mediators, promoting a positive school atmosphere through conflict resolution.

Training and Skills Development

During the semester, participants will attend weekly sessions focused on:

• Constructive Conflict Management
• Finding Compromises: Discover techniques for reaching beneficial agreements.
• Active Listening and Communication Skills: Engage in role-playing to enhance your conversation skills.
• Practical Mediation Methods: Gain tools to apply during mediation sessions.

Teamwork and Support
