Get ready for a delicious journey around the world — and into the bakery! Young chefs will explore exciting flavors and cooking techniques in this 18-week culinary experience designed especially for kids. Allergies and dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
Weeks 1–9: Taste Bud Travelers
Pack your (imaginary) passports! Each week we’ll “travel” to a new destination to taste, mix, and create recipes inspired by global cuisines. Example lessons include Italian pasta, Mexican street corn, Japanese sushi rolls, Mediterranean Mini Caprese Skewers, and Indian Mango Lassi & Naan. Children will discover new ingredients, practice safe kitchen skills, and learn about the cultures behind their favorite dishes.
Weeks 10–18: Pastry Pals
Next, we’ll head into the bakery to whip, roll, and decorate! Budding pastry chefs will learn the art of baking through fun projects like cupcakes, cookies, mini pies, no fry donuts, puff pastry, and breads. Along the way, they’ll explore measurements, textures, and presentation — with plenty of sweet creativity sprinkled in!
Each class includes hands-on cooking, food-themed games or crafts, and a take-home recipe card so families can recreate the fun at home.
