Choir

The Troubadix Choir AG is GISNY's youth choir for more advanced singers, audition required. Exceptionally musical 5^th graders are also welcome to apply. Here, we focus on vocal technique, singing in harmony, reading sheet music, solo singing, and choral blending. Troubadix also perform on a regular basis for events such as Halloween, Winterfest, the choir holiday concert at Christ's Church Rye, graduation, American Young Voices, and the end-of-year concert. Furthermore, singers are encouraged to participate in masterclasses in January and February where they prepare a solo piece and perform it in the "Voices in the Spotlight" concert before spring break.
