Streitschlichter:innen AG (Peer-to-Peer-Mediation)

This exciting program empowers students from grade 7 and up to become effective mediators, promoting a positive school atmosphere through conflict resolution.

Training and Skills Development

In the first semester, participants will attend weekly sessions focused on:

• Constructive Conflict Management
• Finding Compromises: Discover techniques for reaching beneficial agreements.
• Active Listening and Communication Skills: Engage in role-playing to enhance your conversation skills.
• Practical Mediation Methods: Gain tools to apply during mediation sessions.

Teamwork and Support

This program is open to all interested students in grade 7 and above.

You will work collaboratively with fellow mediators and support your peers during conflicts.

Commitment and Enrollment

In the second semester, the Streitschlichter:innen-AG (Peer-to-Peer-Mediation-AG) will showcase its efforts to the Middle School community. When conflicts arise, students can seek your help.

Mediators will commit to being available during breaks, with a planned shift schedule in place.

Our Meetings will transition from weekly AG-sessions in the first semester to scheduled reflection meetings as needed in the second semester.

Enrollment is only open at the beginning of the school year.
